Here is our process from start to finish:
- Giving you our arrival time, within one hour
- Spending 15 minutes going through the job with you, pointing out the areas that may need special attention (stains etc)
- Clear the space as much as possible
- Vacuum the area using powerful commercial machine
- Pre-spray the area with non-tox (organic) solution designed for carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Complete the cleaning process using powerful commercial equipment
- Clean and pack up area after use
- Walk you through the cleaned area, highlighting your points of concern
- Issue the invoice
- Arrange for payment
